1.FLS valve seat and valve body sealing

Metal seal between valve seat and valve body.

2.Valve seat and gate sealing

There is a metal seal between the valve seat and the gate.The surface of the gate and valve seat is plasma sprayed with nickel based alloy or sprayed with tungsten carbide hardening treatment, which has good wear and corrosion resistance. The flatness of the sealing surface is ≤ 0.006mm, the parallelism is ≤ 0.01mm, and the surface roughness of the sealing surface is less than 0.4 after precision grinding, grinding, and polishing treatment μ m. Ensure the sealing of the gate valve seat.

3.FLS valve seat seal

Combined sealing component, the sealing material adopts imported sealing components or imported rubber: PEEK+EIGILOY corrosion-resistant alloy spring, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve seat.

4.Valve stem seal

Combined sealing component, the sealing material adopts imported sealing components or imported rubber: PTFE+EIGILOY corrosion-resistant alloy spring, ensuring the sealing performance of the valve stem.
