The color sorter has the human eye's sense ability, the material selection is more realistic and more in line with the requirements; the higher resolution is up to 0.04 mm2, which can accurately identify the fine defects and spots of raw materials. 2. Flexible and variable light source equipped with LED system with heat dissipation, long life, low energy consumption and good performance. Different raw materials require different spectral lighting, and tailor the light source according to the needs of customers.

3. The special image processing algorithm uses shape and color combination algorithm according to material characteristics. For complex color materials, the color space after HSV transformation is more intuitive and precise.

4. Unique material trough equipped with special anodizing process can ensure the output and make the product reach the international level. It can be equipped with waterfall flat and narrow chute channel, which can meet many kinds of material color selection.
