A two component saturated epoxy resin system without premixed filler, liquid at room temperature. Performance

It is suitable for both APG injection process and vacuum casting process.

Excellent UV resistance, excellent thermal and thermal shock resistance, excellent environmental resistance and

excellent electromechanical performance.

Outdoor high-voltage electrical insulation parts such as: insulators, transformers

Storage

Storage of the components should be kept at 6-35℃ in tightly sealed and dry. Under these conditions, the shelf life should be correspond to the package labeled ( normally 12 months). After this date, the product may be re-analysis to confirm if it validate yet. Partial emptied containers should

be closed tightly immediately after use.

Epoxy resin 20kg/pail or 220kg/pail or 1200kg/pail, Hardener 20kg/pail or 220kg/pail or 1200kg/pail.

First Aid

Contamination of eyes by resin, hardener of casting mix should be treated immediately by flushing with clean,running water for 10 to 15minutes, a doctor should then be consulted. Material smeared or splashed on the skin should be dabbed off, and the contaminated area then washed and treated with a cleaning cream. A doctor should be on the event of severe imitation of burns. Contaminated clothing should be changed immediately. Anyone taken ill after inhaling vapors should be moved out of doorsimmediately,in all case of doubt call for medical assistance.
