Brief Introduction

CT/PT Transformer Epoxy Resin with Polyurethane Hardener

LE-8214 is a modified BPA-type epoxy resin designed for enhanced performance.

LH-8214 is a liquid modified carboxylic acid anhydride curing agent.

Applications

  • Suitable for electrical insulation in medium and high voltage applications.
  • Ideal for dry-type transformers, 10-66 kV current transformers, voltage transformers, and related components.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • The production process can be tailored to meet the client's existing manufacturing techniques.

Properties

  • This system consists of a two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin without pre-mixed fillers, remaining in liquid form at room temperature.
  • Features low curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, superior processing capabilities, and outstanding mechanical and electrical properties.
