LW-8229A is a modified PBA-type epoxy resin enriched with fillers.

LW-8229B is a modified carboxylic acid anhydride curing agent, also containing fillers.

Applications

  • Electrical insulators designed for medium and high voltage uses.
  • Ideal for 10-35 kV sealed terminal posts, transformers, current transformers, and other insulation components.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • Automatic Pressure Gelation Process (APG).
  • The production process can be customized to align with the client's existing manufacturing methods.

Properties

  • This system features a two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin with pre-mixed fillers, available as a slurry at room temperature.
  • Offers excellent thermal shock resistance and superior crack durability.

Color paste LC series * 1 pbw
