LE-8216F is a modified saturated cyclic aliphatic epoxy resin system.

LH-8216F is a modified weather-resistant anhydride hardener.

Applications

  • Designed for electrical insulation in medium and high voltage applications.
  • Suitable for dry-type transformers, 10-66 kV current transformers, voltage transformers, and other related components.

Processing Methods

  • Conventional Gravity Casting Process under vacuum.
  • The production process can be customized to align with the client's existing manufacturing methods.

  • This two-component saturated cyclic epoxy resin system is free of pre-mixed fillers and remains liquid at room temperature.
  • Offers low curing shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability, outstanding processing characteristics, and superior mechanical and electrical performance.
