FEEDING UNIT
The Central Console is adopted to Windows system for easily operating.Feeding gaps adjustment are computerized control with screen display
Auto zero-set for feeding position to reduce adjusting time.
Servo Control Non-crush Feeding System as optional.
Feeding volume is frequency control and can be adjusted according to cardboard size.
Main motor,suction blower and dust suction are frequency control.
The speed can be adjust freely with synchronous belt drive.
For example as 1224 model Lead Edge Feeder equipped with 4 axis for transmission.
The extension dust removing system with 4 blower fans, 2 brushes, and anti-static system optional.
The permanent magnet fan frequency conversion controls the vacuum air flow and pressure, which can adapt to different cardboard specifications, save energy and reduce noise
PRINTING UNIT
Vacuum Transfer System can adjust Air-Volume automatically according to cardboard size.
The clearance of each pressure wheel is adjusted by computer setting.
Reel hanging plate, ratchet locking device to make sure hanging plate alignment is more accurate.
The anilox roller can be automatically lifted and lowered sequentially with the paper feeding system (the doctor blade system can be configured as optional).
Ink shortage will automatically alarm and stop feeding paper to avoid damage to the rubber roller and anilox roller.
Printing Register is by servo control,Ratchet can be adjusted quickly.
Cardboard transmission situation can be checked by the Central computer

SLOTTING UNIT
8 Shaft Transmissions, Pre-creasing, Big and Small Creasing, Single Shaft Slotting or Pre-creasing, Creasing, Dual Slotting is Optional.
Linear Guiding structure combined with Ball Screw for Transverse adjustment to make sure accurate knife fitting, stable movement.
Transverse, Box Height, Gaps adopts computerized or motorized adjusted. Slotting Register is Servo Control, more precision.
Elastic Corner Cutter Structure to suitable for different thickness cardboard.
Frequency adjust the slotting knife which is more accuracy and stable.
The lower corner cutter can be rotated to protect the upper corner cutter, and ensure the stitching flap can be cut off.
