Multitank 264 Liter Window Blind Ultrasonic Parts Cleaning Machine
What is ultrasonic blind cleaning?
Ultrasound utilizes high frequency sound waves that create millions of microscopic bubbles that implode upon contact with water. All those implosions create tiny vibrations which power the blind clean safely, effectively and quickly.
When combined with warm water and a cleaning solution, sonic cleaning easily removes dust, dirt, grime, nicotine, bacteria – you name it! Virtually any type of window treatment can be cleaned with this method: mini-blinds, micro mini-blinds, silhouettes, luminettes, verticals, honeycombs and Roman shades just to name a few.
Considering the enormous investment made in installing expensive window treatments, periodically cleaning the blinds makes sense. It’s much more cost-effective to renew rather than replace your blinds and window treatments. In addition, if you have someone the home or workplace with allergies, asthma or respiratory issues, it’s always best keep the environment as dust-free as possible – and we all know that blinds can contribute greatly to that problem.
Why You Need To Clean Window Blinds with an Ultrasonic Cleaner:
If you make a living providing commercial or residential window blind cleaning and are looking for a better way to do it, an ultrasonic blind cleaner especially designed for this job provides quick relief. Quick is the operative word here because ultrasonic energy will remove in minutes smoke stains, dust, grease, finger marks and other soils thanks to the power of ultrasonic cavitation.
Single or multiple blinds of any configuration – Venetian, accordion, insulating, roll up and vertical as examples – are placed in a basket then immersed in the cleaning side of a dual-tank ultrasonic cleaner filled with an ultrasonic cleaning solution. When the unit is activated transducers affixed to the underside of the tank create billions of tiny bubbles in the solution.
As these bubbles come in contact with surfaces to be cleaned they implode with a tremendous force, literally blasting away dirt but causing no damage at all to the blinds. The process is called ultrasonic cavitation and because these bubbles penetrate the minutest cracks, they reach all surfaces of the blind without you having to constantly move and reposition them.
After a few minutes in the ultrasonic cleaning side of the tank, blinds are lowered into the rinse side filled with water. Some tanks feature an aeration system to agitate the rinse water so it reaches all surfaces of the blinds. After the rinse cycle, blinds are ready for drying and reinstallation.
Other optional features on ultrasonic blind cleaners are filtration systems to prolong the life of the cleaning solution and the rinsing solution.
