53 Liter 900 Watt Lab Ultrasonic Cleaner With 1500W Heating Power
Why You Need Whale Cleen Sonic Lab Ultrasonic Cleaner?
Every laboratory should have a good Ultrasonic Cleaner for quick and effective cleaning of the various instruments. The Z-X18 , size I with a useful capacity of 61 litres, guarantees especially gentle and damage-free cleaning of even extremely sensitive parts such as glassware, sieves or valuable micro-precision sieves. Your high-performance ultrasonic bath works quickly and thoroughly, and dissolves stubborn soiling even at inaccessible points. The Z-X18 is perfectly suited for gentle cleaning of test sieves, micro-precision sieves and other sensitive parts without damaging them and for dispersing of suspensions for particle size analysis.
How It Works:
Ultrasonic Cleaners transform low frequency AC current into high frequency sound waves via pizo electric transducers. Whenever high intensity ultrasound is applied to a solution, which in turn causes cavitation and the formation and violent collapse of minute vaccum bubbles in the solution. In a very short time, it removes the entire dirt from all components, which are immersed in the cleaning solution. Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath is specially used for precious cleaning of small parts that contain contamination in some hard to reach corners.

FAQ:
What is an Ultrasonic Generator?
The ultrasonic generator takes AC electrical energy from the power line and converts it to electrical energy alternating at the desired ultrasonic frequency. In addition, the ultrasonic generator may have complex circuitry which automatically tunes its output to the optimum operating frequency for the ultrasonic transducer.
What is an Ultrasonic Transducer?
A transducer converts electrical energy at the ultrasonic frequency to mechanical motion–sound. It directs the sound energy into the cleaning tank.
What is Cavitation and Implosion?
The phenomenon of cavitation is unique in fluids. The cavitation bubbles implode, releasing high energy locally. This implosion is the heart of the ultrasonic process.
