Description

30L Ultrasonic Gun Parts Cleaner For Cleaning Long Gun With Heater

Select the Right Ultrasonic Gun Cleaning Machine for Your Specific Purposes

Different ultrasonic cleaning machines are better suited to certain industries or hobbies because of the variation in the amount of guns each machine can clean at once, the types of guns that fit inside their tanks, their wattage and cleaning frequency. Before purchasing an ultrasonic cleaner for gun parts, it’s crucial to consider the volume and particularities of your regular cleaning jobs as well as your budget. How many guns do you need to clean at once? What types of guns or firearms do you need to clean? How large or small are they? How often do you plan on cleaning them? Some ultrasonic gun cleaners can only clean one gun at a time while larger machines can accommodate up to 20 handguns or alternatively, 4 submachine guns (SMGs) or personal defense weapons (PDWs). Law enforcement teams, the military, federal and state agencies, ranges, gun shops and individual shooters all have different gun cleaning needs and thus, different ultrasonic cleaners are more optimal choices for these distinct groups.

The optimal wattage of an ultrasonic cleaning machine is relative to the tank size of the ultrasonic cleaner. Larger tanks require more wattage to handle the increased cleaning load and solution. A machine’s cleaning frequency determines the aggressiveness of the ultrasonic cleaning. Higher frequency cleaners generate smaller, less aggressive cavitation or cleaning bubbles and lower frequency cleaners produce larger, more vigorous bubbles. Therefore, smaller guns require ultrasonic machines with lower wattages; they should be cleaned in machines in the 100-240 watt range. Meanwhile, larger guns require ultrasonic machines with higher wattages, ideally in the 600-2200 watt range. A cleaning frequency of 40-45 kHz is appropriate for cleaning guns of all types and sizes. If your ultrasonic machine has a heat function you can turn this on to increase your machine’s wattage when you’re cleaning many guns at once and keep it off when you’re cleaning a smaller load. The frequency is usually fixed on ultrasonic gun parts cleaning machines and thus cannot be increased or decreased, but as long as your machine’s output is within the aforementioned range your firearms will receive a deep, thorough cleaning job.

Customer's Feedback:

30l Ultrasonic Gun Parts Cleaner For Cleaning Long Gun With Heater

Advantage Of Ultrasonic Cleaning:

1. It can clean entirely for your all laboratory instrument.

2. It can improve accuracy of your experiments.

3. It save your time and labor.

4. It can be used for other application like dissolution, extraction and etc.

5. It is enviromentally cleaning method and you don't need any harmful solvent.

Comparison of Ultrasonic Gun Cleaner:

1. Tank Depth: The actual cleaning solution depth is very important for proper parts placement in the wire basket. Parts need to be placed with the grip and sights facing up and the dirty portions of the gun part down on the basket for proper cleaning. This placement faces the transducers at the dirt parts and allows some of the heavy debris to release and drop out and off the parts. Laying gun parts on the side may cause damage to the finish, reduce ultrasonic ability, slow down the cleaning process, and cause removed debris to redeposit on the parts. Having only 2.5 inches of actual cleaning solution depth is not enough to clean field stripped gun parts properly.

2. Cavitation Development: There needs to be free space between the tank bottom and the bottom of the basket for proper cavitation, some of these systems have their basket resting on or too close to the tank bottom which adversely affects the transducer's ability to create sound waves.

3. Baskets: The plastic baskets supplied with these systems absorb sound and make less energy available to the parts. Stainless steel baskets allow sound transmission better and are obviously stronger than plastic. Some manufactures have claimed that stainless baskets scratch the parts, but the reality is that when the parts are arraigned properly in the basket, there are no such issues. ( millions of guns cleaned with no damage). We provide two stainless steel baskets, one dedicated to cleaning, one dedicated to lubrication, so you do not cross contaminate the cleaner and the lube. The competitors use one basket that go back and forth between the cleaner and lube, which cross contaminates solutions reducing the overall effectiveness of the process.

4. Ultrasonic Power: The competitor’s effective power levels start off lower and are actually much lower when you take into consideration the plastic basket resting on the tank bottom design. The remaining energy is simply not enough to properly clean guns in a reasonable amount of time.

5. Heat: We provide more heat than industry standards to get the tank up to temp fast. The competitors units use less heat and take forever to heat up, thus extending the cleaning process time. We use rubber heaters whereas the competitors use what we have found in the past to be troublesome ceramic heaters that have a high failure rate.

6. Tank Construction: We use stainless steel throughout: tank skirt, covers, baskets and lube pan. The strength, life cycle performance, and appearance of stainless steel is far superior to plastic. Not to mention plastics will absorb ultrasonic technology so the more plastic the less performance you will ultimately have. Competitors cutting corners to save costs by utilizing plastic components in their systems are not helping the customer because it is creating a lesser performing ultrasonic cleaner.
