Medium Temperature Hydrolysis Catalyst
COS and CS2 are the most important organic sulfides in chemical raw gases produced from coal or heavy oil, and the difficulty of desulfurization is the conversion of organic sulfur. The traditional desulfurization process is cobalt and molybdenum hydrogenation, which has the disadvantages of requiring high-temperature heat source, high energy consumption, and side reactions such as methanation, transformation or CO disproportionation. WH-104 organic sulfur purifier can remove organic sulfur, but the sulfur capacity is low, and it is not suitable for use under high temperature, high sulfur and high oxygen conditions. WH-505 medium temperature hydrolysis catalyst can be used at a temperature of 120-300°C to convert C0S and CS2 into H2S, which is suitable for the fine removal of organic sulfur from (semi-)water gas, air gas, coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, refinery gas, natural gas and various chemical raw material gases.
Reaction principle
COS+H20= CO2+H₂S CS2+2H20= CO2+2H2S
