Description:
Ferrochrome lignosulfonate (FCLS) is concentrated sulphite pulp lignin, substitution, oxidative complexation, dry refined appearance of the product is brown powder, easy solution in water, a weak acid solution. Is an Ferrochrome lignosulfonate salt, calcium and high temperature resistant ability drilling mud thinner, widely used in fresh water, sea water and saturated brine mud, mud and deep variety of calcium treatment, ultra-deep mud, with effectively stabilize the borehole and the mud viscosity, reducing cutting action

Application:

For geological drilling, oil drilling mud thinner, can improve the mobility of the mud, with high temperature characteristics, used in deep mud treatment agent

1) With excellent thinning performance and filtration control capacity and
powerful anti-electrolytes capacity, it is suitable to all kinds of mud
2) Be effective at temperature more than 150 160°C, it can also be
used at the temperature above 200°C, when cooperated with lignite
derivatives and other temperature-resisting chemicals
3) FCLS is a good emulsifier for oil in water mud
