The application of humic acid-lignin coal water slurry composite additive in production has proved that compared with the original additive, the additive cost of tons of slurry can be reduced by more than 25%, and the production cost of additive plant can be reduced by about 30%.
Lignin sulfonate was prepared by sulfonation of formaldehyde and sodium sulfite with lignin as raw material, which was used as dispersant of coal water slurry. Degradation and modification of lignin into both hydrophobic groups and hydrophilic groups of low molecular substance, can be used as a stabilizer, stabilizer and dispersant (or surfactant) at 10:1 ratio, that is, coal water slurry composite additives, the performance of this dispersant is better than humic acid sulfonate, but than naphthalene sulfonate powder poor; This stabilizer is better than other stabilizers, but the initial viscosity is higher.
