Complexed Iron Desulfurization Catalyst

Application

WH complexed iron desulfurizer is a new type of complexed iron desulfurizer developed on the basis of complexed iron desulfurization technology.

Complexed iron has good stability and high catalytic oxidation activity.

Reaction principle

1) alkaline aqueous catalytic absorption H₂S

OH-+H₂S=HS-+H₂O

2)Regeneration of iron ions

2Fe3+(Complexed state)+1/20₂+H20 =2Fe3+(Complexed state)+20H-

Technical characteristics

1)Less drainage, low secondary salt production.

Using our company's products, the thiocyanate concentration in the desulfurization solution is significantly reduced, and the thiocyanate concentration can be controlled at 150~250g/L, and other manufacturers are currently at 300~400g/L.

2) Low consumption of desulfurizer: the consumption of powder desulfurizer ≤ 10g/kg H2S.

3) High desulfurization efficiency: The desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 98%.

Product introduction

WH-1 liquid desulfurizer. The main ingredient is composed of complexing agent and additives, which are used to supplement the complexing agent of the desulfurization solution, stabilize the concentration of iron ions, and the additives can inhibit the formation of secondary salts.

WH-2 powder desulfurizer. It is mainly used to supplement iron and complexing agent for desulfurization solution
