100ton Double Mobile Gantry Hydraulic Press Machine PLC Controlled

Application scope:
This Double Gantry type hydraulic press machine is mainly used for the leveling and calibration after welding of bogie frame side beam and cross beam of type A & B metro, city car and special vehicles. The machine is also applicable for other industrial applications.

Machine Features:

• Double Gantry type structure with mobile gantry design.
• The gantry hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of fixed working table, Double mobile gantry frame, rams, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
• The frame is of full steel overall welded structrure, and carried out stress relief annealling treatment. With sufficient strength and rigidity.
• Machine main structure and working principle: the machine is equipped with two gantry which can move back and forth along the adjustment and repair platform. The gantry can work at any position within the scope of the working table. The gantry movement is driven by the mechanical transmission device, and the lateral guide wheel is used as the guide when moving. The distance between the lateral guide wheels of the machine is reasonable, which can prevent the gantry from walking and biting and move freely.
• The upper part of the gantry is equipped with a ram running trolley device, which can make lateral reciprocating motion along the gantry under the drive of the mechanical transmission device. Therefore, the ram can flexibly realize the three-dimensional movement of longitudinal, transverse and vertical when straightening. It can be easily straightened at any point within the allowable range of worktable.
• The ram can move freely with the trolley within the effective range of the worktable, and the ram is made into replaceable structure to facilitate the replacement of this part after long-term wear and tear; heat treatment such as quenching of guide rail, roller surface and working surface of ram sleeve has great hardness and wear resistance.
• It's provided with T-slots on the surface of Ram and working table.
• The main cylinder and piston rod are good quality 45 forging steel.
• The hydraulic system is installed on the gantry beam.
• It's provided with independent control panel, display and hand operation box on the gantry for easy operation.
• Siemens PLC and display to control and monitor the whole operation.
• The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
• Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
• All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
