Machine Features:
- Frame type Four column structure.
- The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of main body, heating system, hydraulic system and electrical control system, etc.
- The main body is firmly fixed onto the the ceramic foundation by the anchor bolts.
- It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for placing and fixing the workpieces.
- The main cylinder and piston rod are made of 45 steel forging piece. The main cylinder is installed in the top of the machine body.
- This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
- The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
- The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
