Machine Features:
- The machine body is of Frame type structure.
- The hydraulic press machine is mainly composed of combined main body, hydraulic system, electrical control system and lubrication system, etc.
- The main body is mainly composed of upper beam, base, pillars, movable working table, main hydraulic yclinder, safety bolts, hydraulic cushion and maintenance platform etc.
- The machine adpts finite element analysis method to accurately calculate the stressed parts, so as to ensure the uniform distribution of stress, small deformation and strong stiffness of the equipment, so as to meet the requirements of production and use.
- It's provided with T-slots on the upper surface of the working table for fixing toolings.
- The main cylinder and piston are made of 45 steel forging pieces and the main cylinder is installed in the top of the machine body.
- This series product has independent power mechanism and electrical system, and uses the button common control.
- The process action uses PLC control to achieve adjustment and semi-automatic operation mode.
- The working pressure, pressing speed and stroke range all can be adjusted as per process requirements.
- Siemens PLC, display and mobile operation table to control and monitor the whole operation.
- It's provided with 3 control modes: adjustion, manual and self-automatic.
- The machine is a new equipment (including all parts, components and accessories), and manufactured with new high-quality materials. The mechanical components used is a series of advanced, high quality, reliable and practical products, and conforms with relevant international standards.
- Metal components of equipment and instruments are rustproof and painted except machining surface and electroplating surface.
- All devices and meters are measured in accordance with the international system of units (SI) standards. The design, manufacture and tests of the equipment and meters conform to international industrial standards (ISO) and International Electrotechnical standards (IEC). The protection grade of all electrical components is not less than IP54.
