Bogie Lift With 10 Tons Capacity for Bogie Maintenance, Railway Workshop Equipment

Application scope:
This Bogie lifting jack is mainly used to lift the raiway bogie to a suitable height to facilitate the bogie maintenance process. that is, first push the bogie onto the track of bogie lift, and then lift the bogie to a suitable height for maintenance process. After the work completed, lower it to the same level as the shop track, and then push the bogie out of the jack track.

Main features:

• Operation process: first push the bogie onto the track of bogie lift, and then lift the bogie to a suitable height for assembly and disassembly. After the work completed, lower it to the same level as the shop track, and then push the bogie out of the jack track.
• The bogie lifting jack is mainly composed of 4 lifting column, supporting frame, electrical control system and safety protection device, etc.
• The equipment adopts electric motor to drive the screw type jack to lift and support the bogie.
• When not in use, the tracks of the bogie lift are the same level as workshop track.
• It's equipped with control console for easy and convenient operation.
