Application scope:
The Mobile Lifting Jacks are used to lift the railway vehicles to a suitable height for assembly, inspection and maintenance. The lifting jacks are operated synchronously as a group of 4 units. The control cabinet can control the synchronous lifting/lowering of all 4 jacks, as well as the lifting/lowering of individual jack.

Main Features:
- The mobile lifting jack mainly consists of jack frame, lifting walking trolley, Lifting device, control system and safety system etc.
- The jacks are easy mobility. Lifting eyes are provided for each lifting jack.
- The lifting jack is provided with limit switch for the working nut. When the working nut is worn to the set position, a fault message will display on the screen and automatically cut off electric to ensure the safety.
- The lifting jack is provided with safety protection nut. When the working nut is seriously worn, and the working nut limit switch or electrical system also fails at the same time, the safety nut will bear the weight of the car body without causing danger.
- The lifting spindle is screw nut type (can be absolutely self-locking).
- The synchronization of the lifting spindle is monitored and corrected by the motor wiring circuit, and controlled by the measuring device.
- The operation of the lifting jack is interlocked with the jack body to ensure the safety, and the incorrect operation is not allowed.
- The control, interlocking and monitoring function of the lifting jack can perform fault protection, making the future control wiring change and expansion more simple.
- All control stations are designed with solid shells and proper support to form a rigid structure.
- All buttons and electrical interlocking is to prevent the relative motion from wrong operation. All actions are clearly showed on the control buttons.
- The main control console is provided with fault display panel. In case a fault occurs, the buzzer on the panel sounds and the lamp should flash to indicate the location and nature of the fault. Press the confirm button, the buzzer will stop and the flash will stop. When the fault is corrected, the display should be restored to normal, press the reset button.
- The spindle unit is provided with a movement limit switch to prevent the excessive lifting/lowering of any lifting element. Up and down position limits will be set and adjustable.
- All control stations are provided with emergency stop button.
- In case of power failure or component failure, all the lifting jacks in motion should be urgently stopped and locked. All buttons should be terminated or invalid.
