Double Cylinder Railway Wheel Dismount Press Machine 700mm Piston Stroke

Application scope:
This Double cylinder railway wheel dismount press machie is applicable for the disassembly work of the wheelset wheels and axles for the railway rolling stocks (passenger cars, metros, intercity cars, EMU etc.). It's provided with a high-pressure oil injection pump for the dismounting work. It's only required one operator to operate the press. It's provided an electric hoist to hook the gearbox.

Machine features:

• The wheel press machine is a horizontal hydraulic wheel press and will be installed in a foundation pit.
• The wheelset press is able to dismount both wheels on the same axle simultanously without turning the axle.
• Double-end cylinders for dismounting.
• One wheelset positioning to dismount the 2 wheel discs without reversal of the axle.
• Overall rantry frame structure, Movable resistant column.
• Provided with overcrane on the top crossbeam. The electric hoist will hook the gearbox end during the dismounting oeration.
• Movable slider device with at 2 replaceable inserts to block the wheels, gears or brake discs for dismounting. It's the original patent in China.
• Special patented centring devices at both ends of two ram cylinders for center hole positioning. The centre can insert into the center hole of both ends of the axle for wheelset positioning. During the whole operation process, it can ensure that the axle center line will be completely concentric with the two ram cylinder centerline to make the ram end face fully matched with the axle end face, without damage on axle center hole and preventing axle from upsetting.
• Electrical rotary trolley for wheelset loading and unloading. The trolley will exit the machine during the dismounting process.
• Standard roll-in or pass-through design;
• Siemens S7-300 PLC and AdvanTech Industrial computer to control the operation.
• Automatic judge the unqualified workpieces and give alarm prompt.
• Emergency stop button to shut down the machine in case of any emergency.
• High pressure oil injection pump is provided for oiling dismounting the wheels.
