Machine Features:
- The 4-roll plate bending rolling machine has the functions of pre-bending and rounding It’s mainly composed of chassis, overturning side frame, fixed side frame, 4 work rolls, driving device, lifting device of lower and side rolls, overturning device, upper roll balance device, hydraulic system, electric control system, Top Support and etc.
- The upper and lower rollers are driving rollers. Through the hydraulic motor, planetary reducer meshing with the upper and lower rollers, the power will provide torques for plate bending.
- The lower roller can move vertically to clamp the plate. The side rollers are provided on both sides of the lower roller. It can be driven by hydraulic cylinders for diagonal lifting movement.
- All four rollers adopt spherical roller bearings. The advantage of this machine is that it can complete the pre-deformation of the plate ends and roll the cylindrical and arc shapes at one time without the aid of auxiliary devices. It can also perform certain shaping and leveling work on the metal sheet with small remaining straight edges.
- The lifting of the lower and side rollers are driven by hydraulic cylinders. Quick lifting under non-load while slow lifting under load.
- The machine is provided with measures to prevent the steel plate from slipping. Each motor is equipped with an instant brake, so that the roller can stop rotating accurately during bending, ensure the precise positioning of the plate end, and prevent the plate from slipping off the machine, and minimize the remaining straight edges.
