Machine Specification:
- The Mobile Lifting Jacks are used to lift the railway vehicle to a suitable height for the maintenance and inspection purpose.
- One set consists of 4 electric lifting jacks and one control cabinet.
- The control cabinet can control the synchronous lifting/lowering of all 4 jacks, as well as the lifting/lowering of individual jack.
- All the jacks have lifting eyes for transportation by crane, and have wheels for mobility.

Machine Features:
- The electric lifting column mainly consists of jack frame, lifting walking trolley, Lifting device, control system and safety system etc.
- The lifting jacks are sound throughout, Heavy duty design.
- The lifting jack is provided with limit switch for the working nut. When the working nut is worn to the set position, a fault message will display on the screen and automatically cut off the electricity.
- The lifting jack is provided with safety protection nut. When the working nut is seriously worn, and the working nut limit switch or electrical system also fails at the same time, the safety nut will bear the weight of the car body.
- The lifting spindle is self-locking thread screw. The synchronization of the lifting spindle is monitored and corrected by the motor wiring circuit, and controlled by the measuring device.
- The operation of the lifting jack is interlocked with the jack body to ensure the safety.
- All buttons and electrical interlocking is to prevent the relative motion from wrong operation.
- The control cabinet is provided with fault display. In case a fault occurs, the buzzer on the panel sounds and the lamp should flash.
- The spindle unit is provided with a movement limit switch to prevent the excessive lifting/lowering of any lifting element.
- All control stations are provided with emergency stop button.
- In case of power failure or component failure, all the lifting jacks in motion will be stopped and locked.
