- Road surface selection:The weighing area should not be set up in traffic congestion sections, bends, and cross slope relatively large sections; the mounting position of the front from the traffic light area not less than 600 meters, the distance behind the traffic light area not less than 200 meters; in general, lane longitudinal slope is less than 3%, cross slope is less than 2%.
- Pavement better for concrete surface, concrete mark not less than C40; (C40 means the cube compressive strength standard value of 40N/mm2)
- Total length of the construction site is no less than 35 meters, the weighing area flatness error is less than ±3mm, so as to avoid the rough surface which may cause the vehicle bump from influencing the weighing accuracy, individual regional distribution as shown in the figure:

- After the completion of the construction, the road surface should be flat without concave and convex defects and weighing area flatness error is less than ±3mm.
