Platform Low Speed Weigh In Motion 0.5-40km/H Truck Axle Scales
When the vehicle enters the weighing lane, the vehicle separator detects the arrival of the vehicle and generates a signal to inform the weighing controller to enter the weighing working state; When each axle of the vehicle is weighed by the quartz sensor in turn, the quartz sensor measures the load of each axle in real time and sends it to the weighing controller for recording; When the vehicle passes completely, the vehicle separator also generates a signal to inform the weighing controller to enter the data processing state; In the data processing state, the weighing controller accumulates the recorded axle load to calculate the total load of the vehicle, calculates whether the vehicle exceeds the limit and the specific number of exceeding the limit according to the detected vehicle type classification, and outputs the vehicle type classification, total load of the vehicle, vehicle limit value and other data.
