System detection process:
a. The high-speed dynamic weighing system, license plate recognition system, led variable information board and computer system are in normal working state.
b. The vehicle passes through the high-speed weighing sensor, and the sensor signal is transmitted to the weighing instrument.
c. The weighing instrument processes and analyzes the sensor signal to obtain the total weight, axle weight, wheelbase and other data. Start the license plate recognition system to collect license plate data.
d. The vehicle weight data, license plate number and picture are transmitted to the upper computer through optical fiber and stored accordingly. The upper computer judges whether the vehicle exceeds the limit according to the system setting standard.
