Applications
This machine is for knurling and feeding to make thermal break aluminum profile.
Can increase the binding force of aluminum profile and barrier in grooves where the thermal barrier strip goes through. The knurled grooves increase the friction force between thermal barrier strip and aluminum profiles. The machine also has optional function for profile file lamination. machine is designed to improve the tooth rolling of the grooves of the heat insulating strip and the aluminum alloy profile, so that the shear force of the finished insulated aluminum profile is greatly improved, and the shear force can be increased by 40%compared with that of the profile with the non-toothed profile
Features
1.The vertical movement of knurling is electrically controlled, which makes changes of different profiles easy, fast, and stable.
2.Film coating support frame and clamping unit are available. Strip feeding can be achieved when knurling.
3.The two knurling heads can be vertically controlled by separate motors, and hand wheels as well.
