2. Custom Production Flow

Step One: We get pictures or your resin tree sculpture designs from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpture new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide your sculpture samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.

Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.

Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.


3. Packing & Shipping

PACKAGING: INSIDE: SOFT PLASTIC FOAM.
OUTSIDE : STRONG WOODEN CASES OR IRON BOXES.
SHIPPING: 1.Shipping time: Ship to Worldwide takes about 7-35 working days.
2.2 kinds of deliveries are provided:1,International Airmail;2,Courier Services(EMS,DHL,UPS,TNT)
3. If you need items urgently, Courier Services EMS or DHL will be provided and a tracking number related offered. (around 4-7 working days to reach your side)

2. What's the material ?

Our products can make of polyresin ,fiberglass .

3. What's your MOQ ?

Our MOQ is base on the size ,if the size less than 10cm H ,the MOQ will be 1000pcs ,if the size less than 30cm H,the MOQ will be 100pcs,if the size more than 50cm H,the MOQ will be 50pcs,if the size more than 100cm H,the MOQ will be 20pcs.

4. Can you provide me your catalogue and price list?

Yes ,we have E-catalogue ,pls let us know what products you are interesting ,then we can send catalogue to your mail.

Cause we have so many items,we need you select the items you are interesting first,then we make the detail quotation for you .

5. Can you help me make my own design ?

Yes,we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures,we have done many OEM project for our customers.

sample time will be 7-15days.

Sample fee is include the developing cost is charged according to the size of the product,like size is 20cm H,we charge $200,if the order q'ty more than 2000pcs ,the developing cost can be returned.

6. Can we have the logo on our products ?

Yes,we can make your logo on the products,we have two ways,one is decal ,one is carved directly on the products.

7. Can you supply the sample ?

Yes,we can supply the sample ,small size ,we charge $50 per piece ,large size ,we charge $100 per piece ,if the order q'ty reach our MOQ ,the sample cost will return,and you just bear the courier freight.

8. How about your quality guarantee?

We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.We have very strict QC team,they will inspect the goods one by one both when white body and after paint.

9. What's the payment terms ?

Small amount less than $1000,we accept western union ,crash.

Large amount more than $2000,we accept TT at sight (30% deposit +70% balance against the copy of BL)

10. How about the shipping freight ?

pls kindly noted we can shipped the goods by courier ,by sea ,by air,

pls tell us the q'ty you want and which shipment way are you prefer,
