Outer Packing: Strong and seaworthy Wooden Crate with well metal junction and nails; There will be enough wood chunks as support for the inner products to prevent shaking.

Answer: Generally T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid by T/T before shipment or against B/L scan copy within 3 days.

Answer: Please do not worry. It is not complicated, We will tell you how to installation by email or by pictures.

1. Custom matrial: To make product,you can choose many material,such as fiberglass, resin, paper, acrylic, wood, metal and so on which can combine with each other.

2. Custom design:If you have your own design,we will make approved samples based on your artwork or original sample. If not,pls advise us your color,logo,size,material,thickness,then we will draw an artwork for your reference based on this product information.

3. Custom technic:The logo we can silk screen printing,embroidered,embossing,spot UV,glue,stiching,laser,hot stamp, high frequency stamp,...etc

4. Custom packaging:Inner packing with polybags or tarrad paper,and then into cartons.We can also packing according to customer's requirement.

5. Custom color/size/logo:Any color/size/logo will based on your specific requiremet. It would be better to sent us the Pantone Code to custom the colors.

4. How to get an order?

1. Inquiry - Professional quotation.
2. Consultation - Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc, Sign the sale contract.
3. PI - G M sales send the Proforma Invoice
4. Pay deposit - Pay deposit and send us bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage - After sample approval, we will arrange the production & inform the estimated delivery time.
6. Middle Production - Send photos to show the semi-finished products . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production & Inspection - Send finished products and package pictures or third party Inspection .
8. Deliver the goods - Send the goods to your forwarder's warehouse
9. Balance & B/L - Clients pay the balance against the copy of B/L.
10. Feedback - Tell us about the Quality , Service, Market Feedback and Suggestion. We will do better next time.
