A: Yes , just send us detail pictures of yours ,or detail drawings or samples , or detail requirements .

A: Samples is OK , we can offer you right now if we have goods in warehouse , if customized that need about 5 days . The small samples is free but you need to pay for express fee .
3,Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company ? Can we visit you ?
A: We have our own factory and our own designer , welcome to visiting .
4,Q: How about your products quality control ?

5,Q: When will you delivery ?
A: About 5 days after receive payment if you request is conventional products in warehouse , bulk order is base on quantity as producing , and it base on reality design if it is customized type

7,Q: Are you sure the packing will be excellent? If damage happens during the transportation who will be responsible for that?
A: Yes, we ensure that our packing is safe enough. We use strong wooden crates and metal strips for outside packing. Inside, we use shockproof plastic film to protect the products. In addition, we will buy "all risks" insurance as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, you will be compensated by the insurance company. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take full responsibility, and we will send you a new fiberglass dinosaur sculpture.

8, Q: Could you supply Door-to-Door Delivery

A: Yes, we are very good at Door to Door Delivery, please inform me your detailed address, then I will quote you the freight cost to your home directly.

9, Q: How do we ship the goods?

A: We will quote you the ocean freight, If the goods is not large, it will be loaded by air freight or Express. No matter any ways of transportation, our forwarders will provide professional service to ensure the goods arrives at your place smoothly.

10, Q: How do we go to your factory for visiting?

A: Please inform me your flight time, we will pick you up at our nearby airport, then drive to our factory for visiting.
