Aluminum Profiles Corner Crimping Machine
• 2 universal heads supplied with knifes adjustable
• Pneumatic crimping via lever system ensures synchronous movement of the punching heads
• Miter stop has hydropneumatic locking system
• Hydropneumatic drop-away stop for easier handling of the frames
• Miter unit ensures correct alignment and fixation of the profiles during the crimping operation
• Pressing group can be adjusted micrometrically to the desired position.
• Alignment of frame with side stops
• 2 pairs of standard crimping knives (4 & 6 mm)
• Supporting arms for profiles (right & left)
