It manufactured use Thermoformed process(also known as 'Wet Press') integrates forming and drying process in one mold, no oven curing is needed. This process produces high quality thin-walled items(from 0.6~1.3mm), with good dimensional accuracy, and smooth, rigid surfaces. The raw material is renewable virgin fibers such as bagasse, bamboo. It's 100% recyclable, biodegradable, sustainable.

2) What type of product do you make?
We produce Molded Pulp Trays and Tooling/Mold.
There's three types of molded pulp trays we supply:
Manufactured use 'Dried-In-Mold'/ Modern Technology allows for incredibly smooth rigid quality molded pulp tray, the wall thickness range from 0.6mm to 1.3mm, we called it Wet Pressing in molded pulp industry. Main used for tableware, high-quality electric package and cosmetic package.
Transfer molded means after formed then transfer under the sun or oven to dry, which is widely used today, we called it Dry Pressing. The product surface feature is one side smooth but no so smooth as type 1, the other side is rough, the wall thickness range from 1.5mm to 3.0mm. Main used for home appliance, electronics, hardware, wine shipper, cooler, egg cartons, fruit container, cup carrier/holder, medical care.
It manufactured with a secondary or specific treatment process, such as additional coating, printing, hot stamping or additives.
3) Will there be a mold fee for doing this trays?
Yes, there be a mold fee for all customized design.
