Courier log in --> Scan barcode on parcel --> Input receiver's phone no.--> Select a locker unit --> Drop off parcel& close door -->Auot SMS sent to receiver
Pick Up
Receive the SMS -->Input phone number --> Input password -->Take parcel --> Close the door

b. Quotation---Official quotation with all clear specifications.
c. Invoice--- We will prepare invoice after solution and quotation confirmed.
d. Payment terms--- T/T 30% in advanced+T/T 70% before shipment; Irrevocable L/C at sight.
e. Production and QC Tests
f. Inspection---We will send photos and videos for your confirmation, video call is also supported.
g. Shipping--- by sea/air and detailed picture of package will be provided.
3. What is the MOQ?
Our standard unit no needs MOQ, 1 unit sample is welcome.
4. Can you customize lockers?
Yes, the size, color, configuration, software and doors number can also be customized.
5. Which terms of payment do you accept?
T/T, Paypal or irrevocable L/C at sight.
6. What is your warranty?
Our warranty is one year since the shippment date. Any defective parts within warranty we would provide the repalcement free of charge. we would supply technical support all the time by email/video conference/troubleshooting document on both software and hardware.
7. What's your lead time?
Usually sample will be shipped out in 15 working days, batch machines will be shipped out in 30-45 days.
