1. Line Wire feeding way

Line wires feeding from coils automatically and straightened by the straightening device, which greatly improves the work efficiency and saves labor cost.
2.Cross wire feeding way

Cross wires are pre-straightened&pre-cut.It adopts the stepping motor to drop cross wires automatically. The structure of the device is compact and easy to operate.The welding width and the distance between the cross wires can be flexibly adjusted. The device is equipped with a wire drop detecting device to ensure that each cross wire can accurately fall to the corresponding position and be welded

3.Welding

All the welding electrodes are made of CuCrZr, which has good electrical

conductivity, high hardness and durable, and the down electrode design is square shape,which can be used on four sides, which greatly reduces the cost of replacement parts.
4.Transformers

Transformers are all copper-clad, can be used continuously for a long time.

5.Mesh Pulling

The machine adopts servo motor and pneumatic hook to pull

the mesh ,to ensure the accuracy of the pulling mesh position, and realize one

welded wire mesh with multiple meshes coexisting,just input the numerical value on the screen.
6.Mesh Cutting

Mesh cutting by cutting machine and falling from supporting frame automatically.
