High flow rates Stainless steelplain dutch weave wire mesh for oil and fuel systems filter
Description of stainless steel Dutch woven wire mesh
The difference between Dutch plain weave wire mesh /twill weave dutch mesh and reverse weave mesh
Plain Dutch Weave is mainly used as a filter cloth. The opening is inclined obliquely through the fabric and can not be seen directly from the fabric. This weave has thicker webs and lines in the warp direction and finer webs and lines in the weft direction, providing a very compact, strong grid with high strength.
Twill Dutch weave offers higher strength than conventional Dutch weave. It contains more wires in a given area. Generally, this weave has a finer mesh number and lower fluidity than conventional Dutch weaving, and can be made into fine particles having a diameter of 2 μm.
Reverse Dutch weaving is a filter cloth in which a larger number of wires are found in the warp yarns, and a smaller number is found in the weft yarns, thereby reversing the method used in plain weave and twill weave. The warp threads are smaller than the weft threads and are in contact with each other, while the heavier weft threads are woven together as closely as possible. The result is the strongest filter weave due to the semi-rectangular opening. It is very easy to clean or backwash without clogging. The filter cloth has a precise and uniform aperture.
