Balanced weave mesh belt is an universal conveyor belt. It has a regular mesh and provides a flat surface to convey products. Balanced weave mesh belt is made by interlocking spiral wires on straight or crimped rods. Crimped or straight rods fix each spiral in place. This structure minimizes the deformation and stretching. The diameter of the rod connecting the spiral is larger than the diameter of the spiral wire, thereby increasing the robustness of the structure. The balanced weave conveyor belt can bear the considerable load.
