PTFE Mesh Belt Description
PTFE conveyor belt mesh are made from high quality open mesh woven fiberglass coated with ptfe resin. The open mesh area allows maximum air flow optimising drying times. Designed to operate in extremes of both temperature and chemical exposure,ptfe mesh belts have been a natural choice for dryer manufactures.It is ideally suited for conveying products and is commonly used in a wide variety of industries,such as gas electric,infrared(IR),radio frequency(RF),microwave and ultraviolet(UV) conveyorized drying operations.
PTFE Mesh Belt Features
1. It is used between -196 °C and 300 °C, with weather resistance and anti-aging.
2. Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and various organic solvents;
3. Non-adhesive: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;
4. Dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than five thousandths), high strength, with good mechanical properties;
5. Anti-bending fatigue, can be used for smaller wheel diameters,
