PTFE Conveyor Belt Description
PTFE mesh belts are constructed with PTFE impreganated coated fiberglass, aramid(or both) and polyester mesh materials
that are both durable and food safe. A wide selection of splice, edge and tracking options ensures that belts are constructed
in the best way of their intended purpose.
PTFE mesh conveyor belts are available in any length , and widths of up to 4000mm.
PTFE Conveyor Belt Features
1. It is used between -196 °C and 300 °C, with weather resistance and anti-aging.
2. Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis and various organic solvents;
3. Non-adhesive: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;
4. Dimensional stability (extension coefficient less than five thousandths), high strength, with good mechanical properties;
