Introduction of Polyester Dryer Screen

The most commonly used main material of dryer mesh is polyester, which is divided into round polyester and flat polyester according to the difference in dryer mesh weaving and manufacturing. Early dryer mesh used round warp + round weft; standard dryer mesh usually uses flat warp + round weft; some dryer meshes use all flat yarn design.

24503/22503 is suitable for multi-cylinder papermaking machines, used for the first three groups of drying cylinders, and produces paper below 70 grams.

24504/22504/20654/4106 is used for multi-cylinder papermaking machines. Due to its high air permeability, it is generally used in the back half of the papermaking machine drying cylinder to produce paper above 70 grams.

4106-2/18688/16904 flat wire dryer net is generally used for multi-cylinder papermaking machines, paper drying in the first three groups, and high-grade paper.
