Black Epoxy Coated Steel Metal Wire Mesh,Epoxy Coating Screening Support Layer

Black Epoxy Coating is an exterior coating compound consisting of two distinct elements: an epoxy resin and a polyamine hardener. With full epoxy coating, the wire mesh would be durable, and rigid. So this plastic coating is more often applied to the mild steel woven wire mesh.

  • Materials: Mild Steel, Aluminium, and Stainless Steel, with a regular thin coating in black, or colors upon request.
  • Main Features: High adhesion, High tensile strength, Lightweight, Consistent Quality, Good Pleating Properties, and High Additive Resistance.
  • Colors :Usually, the color of epoxy coating is black, and the customized color would also be offered, such as gray, white and etc

Advantages :

  1. After coating, the mesh is square without deformation and the surface is flat with the maximum undulating height on the platform ≤10mm. The powder coating amount is controlled at 20-35g/㎡, with moderate interleaving points. The width of finished product can reach 1,600mm.
  2. The surface treatment powder adopts low temperature fast curing oil-resistant matting resin paint (160℃/90s) and low temperature curing weather-resistant matting polyester paint (160℃/90s). The powder has obtained RoHS and REACH certification.
  3. It is resistant to oil immersion and corrosion. It can pass the detection of various brands of hydraulic oil media around the world at different temperatures and times. The coating surface has no change. It is suitable for special hydraulic filter products of high temperature and high pressure.
  4. Weather corrosion resistance, according to ASTM B117-09 salt spray test standard, continuous test 96H coating surface unchanged, suitable for use in harsh environment air filter and outdoor environment.
  5. Strong adhesion, can pass H grade pencil test, 1kg/50cm impact test, scratch test, anti-fatigue test.
  6. High bending resistance, can be folded through a steel rod with a radius of curvature of 1mm, no cracks on the surface
  7. Industrial selected high-quality steel and wire drawing annealing process, combined with the new weaving process, the mesh surface is soft, and the elastic modulus is low.
  8. After coating, it's easy to fold and shape. The warp and weft wires are firmly bonded after the product is processed and are not easy to fall off. The edges will not fall off after slitting and cutting.
  9. The adhesion force of the coating interlacing point can reach 0.7kg.
