High carbon steel quarry screen mesh for asphalt mixing station
Descriptions :
Mining screen mesh the type of material and hole configuration of the screening deck on a vibrating screen. We supply woven wire mesh screen panels made of pre crimped wire, for seperating the liquids and solids in mineral industries and oil fields. According to materials, most types of crimped screens supplied for export are made of 65 Mn ( manganese) Steel and Stainless Steel. Tensile strength of the steel wire applied is generally 1200MpA. Screen edges can be hooked or framed. for the surface , we can do oil painting or color paiting as your request .
Our quality control :
Min tensile strength Mpa : 1000--1650Mpa
Max tensile strength Mpa : 1200--1900Mpa
Min.RA:38%--45%
Aperture square weave :2*2mm--100*100mm
Aperture tolerance :±3%
wire spur length : > wire diameter , < half of an aperture .
Finished wire is inspected by the third party SGS .
Screen length and width tolerance : ±5mm
Screen squareness tolerance is controlled within 1.5mm every 300mm length
Quick detail :

Edge :flat sheet (plain edge or without hook ) ,
bare hook (bent hook ),
band hook ( wrap plate along side )
Weaving type :
Edges :
Screens for classifying, sizing, straining, sieving, are typically secured to a vibrating deck by clamping rails that apply tension across the screening surface. The tension is applied through edge treatments on the woven wire cloth screen panel commonly referred to as "hooks" , "hook strips" or "hooking strips".
Proper screen tension is crucial for effective screening and longer screen life.
Banded edges prevent flattening of hook edges and eliminate mesh pull-out on fine wire mesh or high tension screens.
Typical Applications :
Notice :
In addition to our standard products, we can produce custom weave products in the widths, lengths, types, shapes, sizes, quantities and combinations you need based on your specifications or equipment limitations.
