High Strength Biaxial Plastic Geogrid For Roadbed Reinforcement Earthwork Products
Product Description
Biaxial plastic geogrid uses polymer (polypropylene) as the main raw material, adds nano-scale carbon black, extrudes a continuous sheet, punches regularly on the sheet, and then heats and stretches the screen. (one-way or one-way first and then two-way). The stretching process makes the original scattered pore-distributed clusters of molecular chains re-aligned along the stretching direction, in a straight state, so that the tensile strength of the geogrid is greatly increased, the tensile strain and creep strain are significantly reduced, and the mechanical properties of material is improved.

2. Product Feature
1) High tensile strength at both longitudinal and transverse direction
2) Improving bearing capacity of foundation
3) Preventing cracking and subsiding
4) Convenient to construct, reducing cost and maintaining expense
Advantages of geogrid include:
High strength and tensile performance: the geogrids have high tensile strength and stiffness, and can withstand large loads and stresses.
Durability: The geogrid has good chemical resistance and aging resistance, and can be used for a long time under different environmental conditions.
Permeability: The mesh structure of the geogrid allows water to pass through, helping to drain water and prevent liquid accumulation.
Easy to install: The geogrid is relatively light and flexible, easy to handle and install, and can be cut and customized as needed.
