Structure principle: the screen pipe is composed of spiral surface wire wound on the axial support rod,

and the support rod and the surface wire are connected with each other by resistance welding.

Wedge Wire Screen Cylinders Characteristics

1. Non clogging: the cross section of the screen pipe surface wire is triangular, and the gap on the

screen pipe is formed by two adjacent acute angles on the two surface wires.

When solids pass through the screen pipe, they form point contact with the two sides of the gap.

Therefore, in theory, the solid particles on the screen pipe are either intercepted on the screen pipe

or pass through the screen pipe gap, and it is impossible to form a third clogging state.

This is very important for reducing the running resistance of the equipment, maintaining good hydraulic

distribution characteristics and resin backwashing.

2. High strength: because this element adopts the structure of stainless steel wire, it has high strength.

This kind of screen tube can be cut on the grinding wheel cutting machine, and can also be machined

on the lathe, without loose deformation.
