Gantry Structure Automatic Horizontal Band Saw , Auto Feed Bandsaw

Main frame adopts quality steel sheet, high strength bearing machanism design ,stress relief treated through several procedures after welding ,stability and vibration resistance improved.

Copper winding based motor adopted for the precision speed reducing system ,the rational design ensure stability and durability of saw . Band saw’s speed reducing system , a ll transmission parts with strict processing technology , ensure running stability ,cutting efficiency improve as well .

New type speed reducing system ,adopted quality worm wheel shafts, driving gear , precision balancing treatment ,vibration reduced to the lower limit . it’s possible to adjust the balanced hydraulic cylinder and precision hydraulic value to suit the ideal cutting state saw blade runs much more stable , as a result ,the lifespan of band saw blade extended .
