Ø1600 fork type rotating payoff frame

4.1.1 The pay-off frame is forked cantilever structure with a maximum load of 12T. 4.1.2 The pay-off is driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor with variable frequency speed regulation. 4.1.3 The bobbin clamping is end-shaft type and driven by an independent motor to clamp and relax the bobbin. 4.1.4 The pay-off tension is controlled by pneumatic, the tension size is 10-150KG, which can be adjusted at will in stopping and running state. 4.1.5 The pay-off frame can rotate synchronously with the take-up frame, can be fixed without rotation, or can be rotated by manual control pointing. 4.1.6 The brake of the payoff frame adopts pneumatic brake device. 4.1.7 Each payoff frame is equipped with an operating station, which can control the payoff frame to rotate or stop point by point.
