Products Description

1. The heavy-duty frog type intelligent payoff machine designed and created by our company is composed of two parts: pay off machine and wire storage frame. We have developed three models according to different spool outside diameter:
(1) HH-GZ5+X for spool outside diameter ø400mm to ø800mm;
(2) HH-GZ5 for spool outside diameter ø500mm to ø1000mm;
(3) HH-GZ5+D for spool outside diameter ø630mm to ø1250mm, with the spool clamped at both ends. The load capacity of the first specification is about 750Kg; the load capacity of the second specification is about 950Kg; the load capacity of the third specification is about 1200Kg; the equipment draws on the principle of low center of gravity and good stability of the frog amble, which can both quickly get on the bobbin and work smoothly and safely.
2. Adopt high-power main motor, frequency converter control normal work, configured with lifting type reducer motor, control on the spool when adjusting the front clamping spool part of the required angle; configuration of air disc brake can let the pay off machine at any time to stop the pay off.
3. It can adjust the speed of wire release independently, and can work well with the wire storage frame for wire storage, and can deliver the required length of wire at the right time and in the right amount according to the requirements of the main machine, and can work in coordination with the main machine.
4. It can solve the problem of spooling independently by a single person, which reduces the cost and greatly improves the efficiency, easy to learn and operate, and is an indispensable helper in the modern production process.
