UL1666 ZY6112 Glow Wire Test Apparatus Vertical Pipe Vertical Combustion Testing

Components:

The burner consists of a 1/2inch steel pipe, a 1/2inch tube elbow and a steel ignition dispersion disk.

Test box outlet installation fan and anemometer.

The gas supplied to the igniter must be CP - grade propane and provides 2500Btu of heat per cubic foot.

The exhaust fan and the conveyor tube are installed at the center of the test box. The exhaust fan is connected to the conveyor tube.

Eight special 28 - type nickel-sheathed thermocouples are placed in the second tank and a thermocouple is placed in the first chamber

The two - way wind speed probe is placed in the horizontal and vertical center of the first groove, and the velocity measurement probe is connected to an electronic pressure gauge to obtain the differential pressure.

Using PLC and computer, the digital data acquisition system is used to collect and record the air speed of the inlet hole and the thermocouple temperature of the second hole at the inlet hole every 5 seconds.

The structure of the test box: the overall structure is made of concrete walls, the first layer is 1.22M, the second floor is 3.66M, and the top floor is 2.24M

The first and second floors are composed of 203mm thick concrete. The top consists of the wall structure which ensures the tight sealing
