Rigid Frame Stranding Tubular Stranding Machines For Power Cable Conductor Stranding

Application

The machine is used for compact-strand bare aluminum wire, bare copper wire and ACSR to produce power cables.

Rigid stranding machine feature

1. central shaft does not bear the reels .

2. High rigid, high speed and low inertia high speed and low inertia.

3.no abrasion damage when stranding.

4. most advanced emergency stop device.

5. suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables.

6. Siemens PLC control system, operating on touch screen.

Main capability features

1) The reels are arranged quartering around the stranding cages. The central shaft does not bear the reels.

2) High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.

3) Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.

4) The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.

5) Ensuring supplement after any wire breaking, especially suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables producing.

6) Siemens PLC control system, operating on touch screen.
