This production line is mainly used for stranding of high and special standard wire and cables, like USB31, multi-core medical cable, new energy vehicles power charging cable, QSFP etc. Stranding and double center taping can be finished at one time.

1 Wrapping tension is high speed centering wrapping, auto tension tracking. Wrapping tension keep constant from sart to end, no need adjustment
2 Pay-off tension is controlled by servo, auto tracking, no need adjustment
3 Traversing is controlled by servo, to make sure no damage during traversing. Distance can by set freely according to wire specification.
