HH-2.0TS+Z CNC High-speed Silent Stripping and Ending Machine
CNC type high-speed silent continuous peeling and tapping machine adopts advanced frequency conversion technology, precise control of variable speed into motor, equipped with high-precision control template and transmission structure, so that the peeling and tapping is completed at one time. It has the characteristics of low noise, low power consumption, high speed and easy operation.
Feature Descriptions
1.for very fine wire, multi-core shielded wire and other complex wire has a significant effect.
2.The stripping action of this machine is driven by cylinder, with fast action speed and accurate positioning.
3.The scrap after stripping is handled by vacuum suction, which is clean, environmental friendly, convenient and simple.
4.The press is driven by gear reduction, and the pressure is highly accurate.
5.For raw and familiar operators, the machine can change the overall speed through the operation panel so as to adapt to the operator.
6.The pneumatic part of this machine adopts all the brand components such as Taiwan Golden Instrument, Airlake, Japan SMC, etc.
