HH-1.8TS CNC Continuous Stripping and Ending Machine
Wire stripping and terminal pressing are done in one action. The combination of cassette type die holder and stripping system makes the machine achieve continuous action.
Feature Descriptions
1.The stripping system is driven by stepping motor, instant start can produce high torque effect.
2.The stripping system is designed with automatic, manual and automatic return functions.
3.Standby time can be adjusted: it can be adjusted according to the wire and terminal requirements, and the time for the stripper to return to the position after the terminal riveting is completed.
4.Use convex transmission method to complete the stripping and knife depth, high stability.
5.Terminal riveting tightness can be adjusted by the machine above the fine-tuning rotation, the adjustment accuracy of 0.02mm per frame.
6.With the design of extracting wire scraps and rewind device.
